Enjoy 500 square feet of newly constructed luxury on a quiet street in the charming neighborhood of Bret Harte. The spacious bedroom has a king bed and private spa-like bathroom with heated floors. Through the double barn doors is a sitting room with two sofas that convert to single beds as well as a dining nook and kitchenette. A separate gated pathway leads to the private deck with space to relax or dine while listening to songbirds. The space This unit is attached to our main house. You will share a wall with a family of 4. In our family there are two kids (6 and 10 years old). The shared wall has been soundproofed, but there are times when muffled sounds can travel through. Also, our family loves being in our spacious backyard and the kids are back there often. You and your group are welcome to use any part of the back yard as well. Other things about the space to note... The couches convert into two, separate single beds. The barn doors allow the two rooms within the unit to be open to each other or closed off. We have a smart TV with access to streaming services. There is a sink, mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker and electric kettle. The cabinet has silverware, plates, mugs and cups and other kitchen items. Guest access Guests have access to the entire 500 square foot unit as well as the attached deck. There is also a large backyard with a hot tub, fire pit, and plenty of kid activities. There is a separate path and private entrance for your use. Other things to note There are two young kids living on the property. Muffled sounds through the walls can be heard on occasion. There is self-check in, so arrive anytime you need to after the check in time.
