Inside your unit: - newly renovated and furnished room with a queen bed and comfortable mattress - private desk - closet space and dresser - lots of space in the bathroom for storage - washer/dryer - beautiful full-sized kitchen is also newly renovated with lots of storage space, a dishwasher and microwave Note! For Long term stays: We don't provide refills for toilet papers, shampoo, bodywash & other essentials. Please note that common areas such as kitchen and bathroom are all shared, we cannot guarantee full cleanliness at all times. Guests please help keep common areas as clean as possible. We do sent in cleaners on a weekly basis to clean common areas. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to their private bedroom suite in the basement apartment through a separate door in the backyard. Guests will share full sized kitchen and bathroom/laundry. Other things to note Please bear in mind that this is a basement suite and the ceiling height varies from 5' 10" (doorway into the bedroom) to 6' 8" (inside the room).
