Thresholds is our beloved 3BR home atop the Blue Ridge Mtns looking down at the Toccoa River, where guests have private access. The home is filled with cozy furniture, books, high speed wi-fi, ping pong, and games for all ages! With Lake Blue Ridge and Downtown minutes away, this is the perfect combo of beauty, rest, and adventure. Ideal for one or two families (i.e. 2 to 4 adults & children). The space The main floor is open, spacious, and full of natural light from the tall ceiling and cathedral windows. Main floor includes a beautiful kitchen, cozy living room with fire place and TV, an open, stylish dining area, a full bathroom, a BR with a double bed, and a full laundry room. The upstairs BR is a loft style with a comfy king size bed, bathroom with a jetted tub, and a private deck. The downstairs has bunk beds, a trundle couch/bed, as well as amazing entertainment - ping pong, darts, foosball, old school Nintendo and more! There are two spacious decks overlooking the mountains with dining tables, and a cozy seating. There is currently no hot tub available. Outside there is a place for horseshoes and corn hole and a wonderful fire fit area. Thresholds has got it all! Guest access You have the whole place all to yourself. Private driveway parking. 3 floors. 4 patios. Indoor and outdoor recreation all for you and your guests alone!
