Pleasant, comfortable newer apartment in a courtyard house on the outskirts of the idyllic fishing village of Skillinge on Österlen. Quiet and beautifully located on a wonderful plot overlooking fields, river and pond. Walking distance to the sea and the village with harbor and restaurants. Close to incredibly beautiful beaches, magical nature, exciting shops, bakeries and good food. Private furnished patio and parking. The owner lives in the adjacent house. Warm welcome! The space Beautifully located Skånelänga with farmhouse in the very finest part of Österlen, almost in Skillinge but still secluded just on the outskirts. Beautiful view of the well-kept garden with flowers, apple trees and the large illuminated book in the middle of the lawn, fields, streams and ponds and with proximity to the finest Österlen has to offer in the form of hiking trails, beaches and forests. Shops of all kinds, gardens and of course lots of good food! We who live here, Ann-Sofi and Niklas with the Labrador Lollo, are new to Skåne and 2022 was our first year in this house, so we are still discovering the lovely Österlen. We welcome you to our farmhouse, which has identical apartments, both with their own entrance and all amenities, simple kitchen and nice bathroom and pleasant decor. Parking in the yard. Guest access The listing refers to one of two apartments with their own entrances in a courtyard house. Each apartment has its own patio and parking. Other things to note Please note that the kitchen is small, 2 electric hotplates, refrigerator, but is quite well equipped in terms of utensils. No oven. But coffee machine & kettle. An electric grill is available to borrow, so just ask for it. The bed is accessed via a ladder, see picture.
