Historic home at City Park, near CSU, and Downtown

I live in a beautiful historic home across the street from City Park very close to downtown and CSU. I am offering the secluded separate top floor for rent. The space is a one-bedroom with private bath, which can be expanded to a second bedroom (for friends or family who don't mind sharing a bathroom) or a third living/sleeping space with 2 futons for a family (again who doesn't mind sharing one bathroom). Total number of beds is 4 and can sleep 8. The space The second floor is for the guests private use with staircase access. There is a microwave, mini fridge and coffee pot for your use, but not a complete kitchen. The first bedroom has morning sun, a new king size bed with a small sitting area and TV. If guests stay more than 3 nights the king can be converted to two twin beds. The second bedroom has a new double bed and window facing the park. The third area is a common space living room with 2 futon couches (queen and double), flat screen TV, and desk space work area. Guest access In addition to the upstairs private room and bath, guests are encouraged to use my beautiful summer house in the back yard and will have two 'townie' bicycles and a lock at their disposal. During your stay I am very knowledgeable about the area and am happy to provide local maps, restaurant and recreation suggestions. I think you will find the space for rent very private! Other things to note There is internet access and a flat screen TV in the primary guest room and an additional flat screen TV in the futon room. Netflix and antenna reception is available for both TV's. I do not have cable, but have free streaming options available. I do not allow pets and do not have any pets living at the house.
