You Can Enjoy The Sun After A Swim Villa King Is A Must Stay In The Middle of The Hill Forest. There is air conditioning in the main bedroom. There is a 18 liter water dispenser, drinking water is free in the villa. The space The house is very big with an habitable surface of approx. 150 sqm The bedrooms are 15 sqm large. The swimming pool has a surface of 3 x 6m and is 1,3 to 1,6m deep. We give a lot of importance to bring the best lighting inside the house (daylight bulbs), so you can work, read or cook without tiring your eyes. Guest access The main entrance is in front of the house, this is the unique access. Other things to note As we mentioned in the rules of the house, this house is a non-smoker house we kindly ask our guests to not smoke inside the house, because we may not be able to quit the smell of cold tobacco for the following guests. This rule is important because it concerns all our guests. But, there are a lot of areas to smoke freely (garden, terrace, patio). Pets are not allowed as well. But, depending on size and behaviuor, we may make exceptions.
