We are pleased to offer our 2 bedroom house located in a quiet and peaceful area of Welywn Garden city. The house is nicely presented and comes fully furnished. There are two double bedrooms one with a twin bedroom. The living room has a large tv and 4 seater dining table . The Wi-Fi is a fast connection. Linen and towels are provided . Direct commute to Kings Cross, London in 20 minutes. This is a parking space dedicated to our home . The space Our home is a delightful and charming two bedroom property with lovely touches and furnishing . As you enter the property , there is a kitchen to the left hand side with mod cons and appliances and a good sized living room which has access to the garden . There is a large screen tv with interactive services as well as a fast internet connections Upstairs you will find two double bedrooms which have been nicely decorated one with a double bedroom and the other with twin beds . There is lots of storage space also available . Guest access Guests will have full access to the house and it’s amenities Other things to note The house is located in a very quiet , residential areas . We do not allow any parties or social gatherings of any sort . Noise must be kept to a sensible level at 9pm. For any guests , please respect our neighbours and local neighbourhood . We are very friendly with all and want to maintain our excellent relations with our neighbours
