The house is located 400 m from Sætre city center. There is a local center with a grocery store and a liquor store. There are also several restaurants, a bakery and a very nice beach that is suitable for children. In the house there are 4 bedrooms. In two of the rooms there is a double bed, the other two are children's rooms. Children's room 1 has a trundle bed, children's room 2 has a bunk bed. On the terrace there are beautiful views of Sætre Marina and Oslofjorden. There is a barbecue, table with chairs and sofa with gas fireplace. In the garden there is a playhouse with slide and sandbox. The space Upon request, we can provide a travel bed in one room and a mattress on the floor in the other room. In the hallway downstairs there is a sofa that can be turned into a bed. Guest access You will have access to all rooms except the storage room in the basement, the garage and a room on the 1st floor where we lock personal items. Other things to note We have a heat pump in the living room and on the 1st floor, which can also function as air conditioning.
