Here will be found cosy sofas and bench seats, dining table and chairs along with a gas bbq and sun parasols. Parking for 2/3 cars. There is a gated path from the front of the house leading to the rear patio area and to the hot tub, and gardens beyond. Outside stairway leading to upper decked area from ground floor.
