Spacious and inviting cabin on Vesterøy on Hvaler

Well-maintained and well-equipped cabin for rent. The cottage has four bedrooms and a large living room with an open kitchen solution. It has nice outdoor areas and is a great place to be! There is plenty of space for many people on a trip and the kitchen solution makes cooking social and pleasant. For the children there is a sandbox, some swings and a large trampoline to enjoy outside. We have many games, Duplo and other toys inside. It is a 10-minute walk in rough terrain from the parking lot to the cabin. The space The large main room consists of an open kitchen solution and a living room with TV, dining table and two seating areas. The kitchen is well equipped and has plenty of counter space. Running water and dishwasher. Around the dining table with extra extension plates, many can gather around a good dinner. The cabin has three bedrooms and a fourth room where there is a sofa bed that sleeps two. In this room there is also an extra TV and Gamecube. In one of the bedrooms there is a sprinkler bed, and there is a travel bed, 2 high chairs and a Tripp Trapp chair in the cabin. There are two small bathrooms, one with toilet, sink and washing machine and one with shower and sink. The cabin has four terraces, so here it is easy to move around according to the weather. There is also plenty of outdoor furniture and pillows, and when the evening comes it is best on the west terrace with sunset and panoramic views over the Oslofjord, the Whale Islands and Vestfold. On one terrace there is a large gas grill. Guest access The entire cabin. We are not present when the cabin is rented. Other things to note We have two parking spaces and it is about 10 minutes to walk in rough terrain from the parking space and up to the cabin. It's a good idea to pack a backpack. The cabin is easy to reach by bus. From the nearest bus stop, it is about 20 minutes to walk up to the cabin. The bus runs from Oslo via Fredrikstad. The nearest shop and pharmacy is a short drive or 30 minutes walk away (Ødegårdskilen). At the store there is also a pharmacy and a restaurant that offers delicious seafood. The nearest beach area is a short drive or 20-minute walk from the parking lot. Hvaler offers many nice hiking areas, beaches and places. Here you will find a nice coastal path, a national park and a nature reserve. At Skjærhalden at the end of the Hvaler Islands there are several shops and restaurants, and a ferry that takes you to/from Strömstad in one day.
