Please consider accessing the house from the back as it is much more convenient! From front of the house, there are LOTS of steps (~30 steps) leading up to the front door and only 2 car parking available. Please do NOT park in front of neighboring houses as your car may get towed. Guest access Entire space is included in this rental. Please, make yourself at home. Other things to note ○ Of note, we provide bedding (linens, pillows and comforters) for the 3 queen beds in the bed rooms as part of your stay. However, if you require additional sets of bedding for the futons, there will be a fee of $5 per each additional set of bedding requested. You are welcome to bring your own bedding for the futons. If you would like to request additional bedding, please let us know so we can have them ready for you. Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.
