Completely renovated, our spacious accommodation can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people, making it ideal for families or groups of friends looking for an unforgettable vacation. At the entrance you will be welcomed by a large bright living room, tastefully furnished and equipped with a complete kitchen, including an oven, refrigerator, stove and everything you need to prepare tasty meals during your stay. The dining table offers a comfortable space to enjoy meals together, while the comfortable sofa invites you to relax in front of the smart TV after a day spent exploring the local beauty. In addition, you can enjoy a moment of tranquility on our small terrace, perfect for sipping a cup of coffee or a glass of wine while admiring the surrounding landscape. Our house has two cozy bedrooms. The master bedroom offers a comfortable double bed, a large wardrobe and a smart TV to ensure maximum comfort during your stay. The second bedroom is furnished with a practical bunk bed, ideal for accommodating children or friends, as well as a wardrobe and a desk for any work or study needs. The full bathroom is equipped with a comfortable shower, sink, bidet and washing machine, as well as providing clean towels for all guests. To ensure a pleasant and carefree stay, we offer free Wi-Fi throughout the house and convenient free street parking for your car. The strategic location of the apartment will allow you to easily reach the sea in just 5 minutes by car, where you can enjoy the beautiful sandy beaches and crystal clear waters of the Sardinian coast.
