Our colorful , Country French Beach House allows you to enjoy the ocean view from the upper decks. Relax with your choice of stereo, CD player and DVD , and TV on our comfortable leather couch and side chairs. French Doors open out to front/ back decks to create an inside out feel.. Three of four bedrooms have their own decks. No common walls between bedrooms, for your privacy. Charcoal /gas grills. Lounge furniture on decks. Party lights on on back decks for nighttime chats. The space This home is a show stopper. Cars drive by, slow down and just stare. We have replicated what we've experienced during our many trips to France. There's good parking on our brick courtyard. Our home is streaming with color and authentic antiques. There are gas and charcoal BBQ's, several decks, Viking Stove and quiet Bosch Dishwasher, custom designed gourmet kitchen and lots of privacy. The beds are dreamy with high thread count sheets and duvets , with a choice of down or alternative down. We are close to restaurants, music and the beach. We are 10 minutes to Santa Cruz, 5 to Capitola but our Rio Del Mar Beach has places to build fires and new restrooms without the traffic of other beaches around. Guest access The entire home is yours to enjoy. Many spices are provided as well as some cooking staples. It's loaded with choice in dishes and pots and pans. Cookbooks galore (French, Italian, Moroccan and American). Internet is available as well. There's lots of cooking and design magazines, novels ( many with beach themes ). Take one to the beach and read to the sound of seagulls and ocean waves. Kids and grown up games are yours to enjoy. Toys for the kids inside and a basket of beach toys for building sand castles THE GARAGE IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR GUESTS CARS. Other things to note There are neighbors on both sides and behind that live there full time. This is not a party house and encourages respect. Our home was built to encourage relaxation and luxuriating in the senses. Children are welcome but will need supervision as there are lots of pretty things that little ones are attracted to. Its really not appropriate for kids just learning to walk. Please, NO SMOKING OF ANY SUBSTANCES INSIDE THE HOUSE OR ON THE PREMISES.
