Spirit Yurt at Flying Trees is off-grid (powered by the sun) & located 30 mins South of Santa Fe, New Mexico. From the deck of the Yurt, you will have unobstructed spectacular views, including the Ortiz Mountains, Cerro Pelon & the entire cosmos at night! The space The Yurt is 30' in dia., and has 700sq. ft. of living area. It sits on a 45' x 50' deck with two doors for easy access and 7 windows for an abundance of light. Inside you will find oak hardwood floors, maple covered insulated walls, and 48- 2"x6" spruce ceiling rafters that reach up to the clear ceiling dome...The kitchen is equipped with a fullsize fridge, GE gas range and oven, sink, coffee maker, and electric teapot. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and sink with a Rinnai hot water-on-demand system, as well as an electric Biolet composting toilet. In the summer, we provide an evaporative cooler.
