Both the pedestrian and the main vehicular gate are only accessible through a use of an electronic gate fob. All the remaining entrances into the building from the main courtyard and the underground parking level are also secured by an additional entrance code making Semple Mill a very safe and secure location. Other things to note This property has an internal staircase. A baby cot and high chair can be provided upon request.
