The space The best Berkeley has to offer! Our home is a 1916 split level home with original moldings and beautiful period detail. The first floor has a comfortable and sunny living room with on-demand cable and premium channels. The dining room seats 6 comfortably and has easy access to the kitchen with island and stools. There is a half bathroom and and a washer dryer off the kitchen and a sunny deck with hammock and dining table right outside. Upstairs, a lovely primary bedroom with a queen bed and Tuft & Needle mattress is perfect for resting. The full bathroom has a jacuzzi tub and Kiehls products. Outside the home is a sunny and spacious patio ready for reading, enjoying a glass of wine or outdoor dining. We are located in a prime neighborhood. Walkable to Whole Foods Market, Elmwood restaurants and shops, UC Berkeley, Temescal, Rockridge BART, UC Berkeley campus and easily accessible to SF, Marin and Napa Valley by car. We will provide some of our favorite local treats to enjoy during your stay, as well as fresh towels and bath products. Guest access You will have full access to the living room, dining room, kitchen, primary bedroom, 1.5 bathrooms, laundry, deck, private patio and parking space. *We no longer rent our daughter's bedrooms, so while the rental includes the entire home, it's ideal for a single traveler (visiting professors love it!) or a couple.
