Bedding & Pillow Type is standard and non changeable. Viewing of property is welcomed (BY APPOINTMENT ONLY). Other things to note - Guests are advised to take simple actions by turning off air-con (if any), lights and electric appliances whenever not in use to limit the waste of energy and improve the environmental friendliness of their stay. While we rent the home to you and expecting the property is taken care of as your own home, we take no responsibility on any personal accident or injury and when there is any utilities and services disruption caused by the service provider to the property. - Lost and damages refundable deposit is required on each booking and should be paid prior or upon check in. Proof of identity and signing of rental agreement is required upon check in. - Basic Holding deposit: 1) RM400 for less than 1 month stay 2) One month rental for 1-3 months stay 3) Two month rental for above 3 months stay - In the event of any damages and loss to the property and its inventories supplied, full compensation to the damages or loss is required. The deposits are returned to guests via bank transfer (non cash) within 7-30 working days after guests check out.
