Polharmon, beautiful apartment with superb views

Polharmon is a first floor, 1 bedroom apartment and is situated on a quiet road in Looe, suitable for 2 guests only. With beautiful views over Looe river and out to sea, it's a wonderful place to relax and recharge. Its central location means it is a short walk to the beach, superb restaurants, pubs and shops. If walking is what you enjoy you are 1 minute from the South West Coast Path, with its beautiful coastline. The space Bright and contemporary open plan kitchen and living room with a HD Smart TV. There is free WiFi available at the property. Dining table for two in the beautiful bay window with panoramic views over Looe River, where you can watch the boats coming in and out of the harbour. There is a well equipped kitchen with oven, hob, fridge with a freezer compartment, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher and microwave. There is an ironing board and iron. The bedroom has a double bed, hanging space and a small set of draws. There is also a HD Smart TV. There are two beautiful arched windows that look out down the river with a black out blind for your comfort. The modern ensuite bathroom has a large shower and linen and towels are provided for you. There is strictly no smoking in the apartment and sorry but no pets. Guest access The apartment is on the first floor and is accessed by stairs. Other things to note You can stop outside the apartment to unload, there is limited free parking in the surrounding streets and there is paid parking available at the nearby Millpool Car Park, which is about a 5 minute walk away. Weekly tickets can be purchased in advance online via the Cornwall Council website.
