This 3rd floor apartment has an awesome view of Wickford Harbor, lots of windows, and is newly renovated. You will be immersed in the historic district! It is within walking distance to the many shops, restaurants and parks in historic Wickford Village and about 20 mins from Narragansett, Providence airport, Providence and Newport. Wickford Junction, a train and bus hub, is 5-10 mins away. Pleasant Street has been listed as one of the top ten streets in RI Magazine. The space You'll have the entire third floor to yourself. It was totally renovated in November, 2017. The neighborhood is quiet. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers and business travelers. The couch is not a sleeper couch, but an additional person could sleep on the couch or on an air mattress on the 2nd floor. If there is something you need, let me know and I'll do my best to accommodate any reasonable requests. I have a Richway BioMat on the 2nd floor in my Reiki/Energy room. It's the size of a massage table and is full of amethyst crystals. Guests are invited for a complimentary session. It takes about 30 minutes to heat up and one would lie on it for 20-30 minutes. It's incredibly relaxing and nourishes you with negative ions and far infrared rays (at the hotter settings.) The queen size bed has a Tempur-Pedic mattress. You're welcome to use the washer/dryer in the basement, but please ask and we'll arrange a convenient time. The front porch is yours to use. People come from all over to walk their dogs, or just walk. We do have an indoor cat. Guest access You'll have access to the entire third floor apartment, as well as the front porch. The given price is for 2 guests. There is a twin bed pull out in the Biomat room. It’s appropriate for one person. The cost for the second room is $50 a night.
