It's a 10-minute bike ride to nearby Franklin Park Conservatory, or dining at the Old Bag of Nails up the street. There is Easton Town Center shopping, Downtown River Front dining, sight-seeing Columbus Art Museum, The Short North- shopping, dining, art museum & antiquing, The Greater Columbus Convention Center, and the Arena District. The space NON SMOKERS HOME-This is a private bedroom, with a door that has a lock and key that only you will have access to during your stay, in my home that is shared with the homeowner/host, and other guest. You will have access to shared spaces in the kitchen, dining, living, laundry, inside and outside spaces. Enjoy a spacious, airy bedroom with an en suite private bathroom . The room has two full closets, reading table, two side chairs and a full view mirror and ,wifi. Home has ample space for guests with a first floor living room & kitchen as well as a small outdoor space and main floor TV room. I am very open to long term guests. We host OUT OF TOWN GUEST ONLY, anyone who is coming out of state on assignment for work, school, internship, residents, technicians or laborers, moving here & need temporary housing ONLY... please. We do not host in town residents. When you request to book please include the reason for your stay. Our guests can relax and hang out in our indoor and outdoor patio. The back porch overlooks the back yard. The Front outdoor space has a fire pit for an evening fire in the pit for relaxing There is ample street parking available in front of the house and in the driveway You are welcome to use the kitchen, laundry, and main floor common area, for dining, and cooking, etc. groceries are on your own. If using the shared common areas, the expectation will be to leave things as you found them - each guest are provided their own dinnerware and private kitchen cabinet, that their dishes are to be washed and put away in (not left in the drying rack or counter) and the dishwasher is only for large parties so please the (pots & pans need hand washed also)..we provide space in the fridge and cabinet space for your personal Staples. ***Please note: Relax, enjoy your stay, treat my home as you would yours, please be respectful of host and other house guest, turn off lights, clean after yourself & lock doors, all the normal things you do at your home. We're your family while you are here. :] During your stay I am a social person happy to give directions and suggestions on where to dine and visit on your stay in our great city. Generally, I am in and out, much of the time but available by phone. If something out of the ordinary occurs, I'll let you know and please do the same. I want your stay in Columbus to be pleasant. If you want your privacy, you'll have it. If you want recommendations or advice about things to see and do, I'll be happy to offer them.
