Modern & cozy place for families

Our cozy first floor apartment with garden can accommodate up to 6 people on 110 square meters. There is a master bedroom, two children's bedrooms and two bathrooms. More space for the whole family is available in the large open living-dining area. From here you can access our garden with a partially covered terrace, sandbox and herb & vegetable beds. Free parking is available around the house. Within walking distance: playgrounds, Aldi, Edeka, bakeries & the S-Bahn to Cologne (about 15 minutes). The space We have been living in our apartment since 2019 and completely renovated it when we moved in. New furniture, new kitchen + electrical appliances, installation of electric shutters, partial renovation of the bathrooms and so on. The condition of our apartment is correspondingly valuable. There are now four of us living here. Our children are from 2020 and 2022, age-appropriate toys are felt everywhere here and may be used :) Guest access If you rent the apartment, it is completely yours for the entire period. We are usually not on site during the rental, but are always available by phone in an emergency and also have local emergency contacts. Other things to note The apartment is usually always completely ready when you arrive. This means: the beds are freshly made, there are towels for all guests and all rooms are cleaned and usable. Our children's toys can be played with by small visitors :) and everything in our kitchen can also be used.
