Our luxury townhome is located at the south end of Flagstaff amongst the Ponderosa Pines and just 2.5 miles from downtown. It is surrounded by national forests with numerous hiking and biking trails just steps away. This quiet, serene, one-of-a-kind mountain retreat will have you coming back periodically to enjoy all the activities Flagstaff has to offer. Whether hiking, biking, skiing or simply relaxing in the high country, you won't be disappointed. The space This townhome is the only free standing home in the entire community. With 10' ceilings upstairs and ample natural light, this home is not only cozy but comfortable as well. The master bedroom is on the top floor making it ideal for the family member who can't go up or down stairs. The living room has a 12 foot sliding door leading to the spacious deck with views of the pines and forestry. The 2 guest bedrooms are downstairs and have their own bathroom and family room area along with private patio with immediate access to the pines and trails. Guest access The entire home is yours. There will be some personal belongings in the garage or perhaps in the kitchen cabinets but otherwise, the entire home is yours.
