We offer our old 17th century forge, renovated and beautifully furnished, in the heart of Bas-Armagnac, nestled in the countryside, amid vineyards. This is our second home, perfect for a holiday in the countryside, with all modern comforts. On the ground floor, a warm living room, a beautiful and large equipped and furnished kitchen overlooking a shaded terrace. There is a dining area in the kitchen. A large games room, Brio train, teepee, puzzles, garage cars, board games for young and old, comics...
 A beautiful room, summer living room and dining room of more than 50 m² overlooking a patio with garden furniture, ideal for an aperitif while watching the sunset. 
 A laundry room with all the necessities. 
 Also on the ground floor, you will find two nice bedrooms, each with two 80x200 twin beds (which can be made into 1 double bed). And
1 bathroom with bathtub. Upstairs you will find 2 bathrooms (one with a bath and changing table, the other with a shower) and 3 bedrooms. The first with a 160 x 200 cm double bed, overlooking a second bedroom with a 80 x 200 cm single bed and a crib (bedroom with double access). Both bedrooms have AC. And a large dorm with 4 beds 80 x 200 (possibility to make a couple's room with twin beds). 
 The bedding, duvets and pillows of all the beds are new. Each bedroom has at least one dresser to store your belongings. In all 5 bedrooms: 3 double bedrooms (or 4 bedrooms if we make a double bed in the dormitory) 1 dormitory and a children's/baby room that can accommodate up to 10 people. Excellent 4G network + 4G key in the house. You have several bluetooth speakers in the house, as well as a video projector. 
 The 5000 m² garden offers calm and serenity. On the 70 m² terrace, shaded and illuminated at night, overlooking the garden, you will have a comfortable garden lounge as well as two large tables and 10 garden chairs for convivial moments. A BBQ is available for your use. 
We also have a ping pong table, badminton net, swing frame, sandbox and children's slide.

To top it all off, a magnificent 6 m x 12 m swimming pool. 
It is fenced with a secure gate and has an alarm system. 
All around this pool is a large terrace with 8 deckchairs, table and garden chairs. Your animal friends are not welcome. The house does not have an electric car charging station. However, if you want to recharge your car on a home outlet, a weekly rate will be applied per car. My mother lives on this same property, the accommodations are separate and there is no line of sight between the terraces, this has always gone well with the tenants. Estang is 5 km away with pharmacy, butcher, bakery, greengrocer and small grocery store. Cazaubon has all the shops including Intermarché with a drive 15 minutes away. 
1 hour from Pau airport, 40 minutes from Mont de Marsan train station.
