Enjoy all that Watkins Glen and the Finger Lakes have to offer right at your fingertips. We are located on the hill in Watkins Glen with beautiful views of Seneca Lake. Walking distance to the WG State Park Gorge or downtown restaurants and shops. At the south end of Seneca Lake you are perfectly situated to visit any of the Finger Lakes Wine Trails. Our home comes with some fun history as well, as the Doctors Quarters for the Glen Springs Resort you will find unique history throughout the home. The 3 Guest Bedrooms are on the 2nd floor, along with a shared full bathroom. The first floor is a shared space with a full kitchen, living room, dining room, and deck. Street Parking combined with a loop gravel driveway. The house is shared with myself and my dog (ReyRey), Friendly Dogs Welcome if notified (sorry no cats allowed). You will have a private bedroom with access to a shared bathroom on the top floor. With access to a shared living room, dining area, and kitchen. There is also a large deck/yard you can use. The bathroom is shared with the other 2 guest bedrooms upstairs. I will be available to all guests as I live in the house. I will do my best to meet each guest for check-in when possible and help with any other needs they may have. I keep to myself and work a lot, but always happy to meet and chat with guests. Quiet with an amazing view. From the Glen Springs Resort, you can walk to the Watkins Glen State Park Gorge (flat walk through trails) or walk downtown 4 blocks (uphill back). A short drive to the Watkins Glen International Race Track, any of the Finger Lakes Wine Trails, or a slew of other outdoor activities and attractions. This listing is for one bedroom upstairs, you can also find listings for the other two rooms or all three rooms together. The house is shared with myself and my dog. You are welcome to use the kitchen and living areas. There is coffee, tea, bottled water, bagels, and snacks in the kitchen. Dogs Welcome if notified! Large yard for pets to play (not fenced). *Please note there is currently a pet-friendly dog already living in the house.
