This modern retreat has 4 King Bedrooms to comfortably sleep 8, each room having access to the backyard or private courtyard. 2 ensuite bedrooms. Just a short 5 minute drive to downtown, located in central Palm Springs. The space The LePalm features 2,200 SF of dreamy space to escape in the desert. The relaxing living room has a 55 inch Smart TV, retro bar, and modern fireplace. The open floor plan leads to a private courtyard to enjoy coffee and gaze at the gorgeous mountain views. The inviting kitchen is stocked with every convenience to make you feel like you're in a private resort with the comforts of home. Modern dining table seats 8 along with counter seating for 2. The home is full of top of the line amenities along with premium linens. Two spacious master suites anchor each end of the home, "The Peacock" and "The Beverly." Each have large screen Smart TV's, en suite bathrooms, desks, and direct pool access. There are two additional Chic bedrooms. They share a private courtyard with beautiful mountain views. A third hallway bathroom & laundry room, conveniently lead to the backyard. The resort style backyard is an entertainers paradise, with unique spaces to meet everyone's needs. The sparkling free-form pool is surrounded by lush trees, and also has a secluded spa area. You'll find a 2 person hammock tucked away in the palms. There's an extra large gas BBQ and dining/bar area for memorable celebrations. Not to forget the covered lounge area to chill and putting golf green to practice your swing! Last but not least the gas fire pit to admire the stars & create the best of memories. The LePalm House - an unforgettable experience. The City of Palm Springs ID# 2713 TOT Permit #7417 Guest access Guests have access to the entire home. The only exception is the hallway closets, reserved for housekeeping. Other things to note -PALM SPRINGS LAWS strictly enforced or risk immediate eviction & fines from the city: NO MUSIC ALLOWED AT ANYTIME outside or heard outside coming from inside. -Music or loud noises may not be heard outside, the backyard or front yard at any time. Respect neighbors with noise levels at all times. -Quiet hours are after 10 pm. Consider moving indoors after 10 pm. If you choose to be outside, including when entering the home after 10 pm, please be considerate of the neighbors and use low indoor voices. -Max overnight guests are 8, Max daytime guests are 12 (10 am - 10 pm) -Max cars at property are 4. -Absolutely no parties or loud gatherings. This is not a party house. This is a nice & quiet neighborhood that must be respected at all times. -DECOR: Only Painters Tape allowed on the walls. NO confetti or glitter as you know it's impossible to remove & unfair to our lovely housekeepers. Any leftover decor, balloons, etc. or damage on the walls or anywhere that is not normal wear & tear, will incur an extra cleaning/damage fee taken from the deposit. -POOL Heating is $75 per day, separate fee (Advance 24 hours notice required). We do not charge for the spa usage. The pool is heated 9am-5pm. Depending on the weather, it will vary what time in the day it will reach maximum temp. Please make prior arrangements for pool heating. -Primary renter must be at least 25 years old and must provide government issued ID as per the city of Palm Springs ordinance -CHECK IN/OUT: Check in at 4 pm. If scheduling permits we may accommodate a complimentary early check in of 3 pm, please inquire for availability. Anything earlier if available, is charged an hourly rate. -Check out time is promptly at 11 am to allow for housekeeping access. Late check out must be requested prior to reservation if available, may be charged an hourly rate. - Pets - Max 1 house-trained & mature dog allowed under 30 pounds. $125 non refundable separate pet stay fee. Please do not allow dogs on furniture or beds, or we will have to charge an extra clean fee. Registration Details 2713
