Welcome to Memories of Paris. Enjoy a relaxing stay in this spacious, stylish three bedroom apartment close to town. We have everything you’ll need for your stay, whether it’s for a weekend getaway, a week working in town or a month or more away from home. Perfect for families, friends or those traveling for work. Local staycationers welcome! It’s a quick 2 minute drive (or 5 minute walk) to all shopping. Downtown, the hospital and BC Cancer Centre for the North are a 5 minute drive away. The space This 1300 square foot main floor flat is located on the middle floor of a mini three storey apartment building (there is one suite per floor). It was built in 1963 and was substantially renovated in 2004. We’ve just completed a refreshing update this year and are excited to offer this unique guest stay, reminiscent of our vacations in Paris, France. The home is fully equipped for short and long-term stays including full cable TV, and we offer a dedicated work area with high speed, fibre optic Internet in a quiet area of the home. The spacious kitchen has everything you’ll need to prepare all of your meals. We also offer a coffee & tea station… be sure to let us know if you take cream in your morning beverage and we’ll make sure there is some waiting for you upon your arrival. Guest access Parking is available in the private driveway at the front of the building, it’s free and there are two parking spots. There is additional free parking on the street. There is a common entry to the building shared with the other suites, and then you’ll enter a door to your private suite. We offer self check-in: both doors have keypads and we will provide you with a unique code which will be active for the duration of your stay. Other things to note Please note these additional details prior to booking: There are eight steps from the driveway up to the building’s entrance, and then a threshold to step across. Once inside, everything is on the same level. Please let us know at the time you book if you require the third bed to be set up. It is a double futon which is equivalent to a small double bed. The other two suites in the building are also guest homes. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. Please ensure there is no loud music or television during these hours.
