The space As the property is our family home, we haven't crammed in extra, unnatural sleeping capacity into each room. The sleeping arrangements include: 3 bedrooms (2 with super king beds and 1 with a double bed). 1 baby bedroom with a floor bed and two mattress' (one on the floor bed frame, one immediately next to it) large enough for two children to stay in the room comfortabley, but too small for adults. This room has completely blacked out windows for better sleeping for little one. 1 bedroom / study with a pull out sofa bed big enough for one adult or two children. There are 3 bathrooms (2 en suit) and 1 downstairs toilet. In the garden, there is are two Kamado Joe BBQ (one extra large and one small) and full-size table tennis table, available to use. The kitchen and living room each have a glass fronted gas fire, for any cold nights. Guest access You have access to the entire house.
