A beautiful bungalow built in 2016 placed right in the heart of a historic neighborhood. New appliances, furnishings, and beautifully decorated to feel nothing short of 5 stars! Less than 2.5 miles away from Five Points; 2 miles away from USC; 1.5miles away from the Statehouse and adventurous nightlife and fine dining in The Vista; and 1mile from Spirit Communications Park-home of the Fireflies! So much to see and do, and all just steps away!! The space This 2000 sq. foot home has plenty of space to relax and make yourself at home! Ideal for family visits, weekend getaway, alumni/parents, and GAMEDAY weekends! Spurs up! The dining area seats 6 comfortably with a charming pub height table, and the naturally sunlit living room seats 12 with 3 beautiful couches and a nifty pull out entertainment table. The loft upstairs is great for adults and kids to have their own space, play games, read, and take naps. There are four full bedrooms. Three bedrooms are located on the main floor while the fourth is in the loft. The master bedroom downstairs has a private bathroom and features double sinks and large stand in shower (*please note the master bedroom closet is securely locked and is not accessible to guests during their stay). The two bedrooms downstairs share a spacious jack and jill bathroom. The fourth bedroom upstairs features a view of the private backyard. Lastly, the third full bath is located in the loft, just outside of the bedroom. For additional sleeping arrangements as needed, there is a double size day bed in the loft. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric range, dishwasher, pots, pans, utensils, Keurig, crock pot, and microwave. The laundry room has a washer, dryer, detergent, and iron, and is available for use during your stay. Guest access Please feel free to use the washer and dryer if you need to during your stay. There's dinnerware, flatware, drinkware, trays, baskets, mixing bowls, etc., some basic necessities in the fridge, Keurig k-cups, and some nifty appliances to make your stay as relaxing or as grand as you like.
