Guest access The entire home is accessible to guests. Other things to note You can relax in the jacuzzi while immersing yourself in the sea. The setting of this apartment is idyllic. The hot tub is closed from October to May. Important information about your accommodation • Responsibility: The accommodation is under your responsibility and supervision for the duration of your stay. • Inventory: An inventory must be carried out upon your arrival. Please report any malfunction or damage you notice to us immediately. In the absence of a report, any damage found upon departure will be considered your responsibility. • Good condition: The accommodations are rented in good working condition and with a compliant inventory. • Insurance: It is essential to have vacation insurance to cover any damage caused during your stay. • Air conditioning: To avoid any breakdown, please use all air conditioning units in the same mode (cool, heat, dehumidification, etc.). Differentiated use can cause breakage. Check-in time is between 4pm and 8pm. An arrival up to 8:30 PM can be accepted exceptionally upon prior request. After 8:30 PM, a fee of €25 will be charged to cover the mobilization of our reception team. In the event of exceptional circumstances beyond the control of the guests (plane or boat delay or other justified unforeseen event), we reserve the right not to apply this charge. * Shared parking is available to all residents and visitors in front of the building. * The property also has a private closed garage that can accommodate one vehicle in the basement. This space is subject to a maximum height, and access to the underground parking has a steep slope.
