Gorgeous 2 bed surf beach flat with balcony

Gorgeous 2 bedroom apartment with a large private balcony and stunning views overlooking Polzeath beach. Watch the waves roll in while lying in bed. Polzeath is basically the coolest little beach village in the UK. Although tiny, it offers a great range of places for eating out. There are several surf schools and dramatic walks all right on the doorstep. The space A bright, airy and luxurious space that has been recently refurbished to a very high standard. New carpets, doors, bath, kitchen and lounge and dining furniture. The balcony has seating for 4 and lots of sunbathing space too! The lounge shares the same views over the beach (as does the bath!) The kitchen is really well equipped with everything you could need. The new large, fridge freezer is plenty big enough to fill with all your food for a week. Other things to note I have owned and truly loved this apartment for 13 years. The one previous owner had bought it new as it was “the best in the building”: The only flat with far reaching views across the beach from the lounge window. He loved spending time there with his wife. When she passed away, it pained him to be there without her, but was reluctant to sell to anyone who wouldn’t love as much as they did. I told him what I wanted to do and that I would make sure it was always cherished. With his blessing, I va-va-voomed it out of the 60s and have let it out to friends/family and used it myself since. It has been a necessary and much needed escape for many. For the first few years, I would lay in bed wondering what the view was like, through the solid wall at the end of my bed... 10 years later (after an awful lot of work!), I finally made it happen... Double doors through the wall leading onto a big balcony with a table and chairs and everything! The view is so much better than I ever hoped for... The breakfast-in-bed view can’t be topped in my mind (although I am clearly biased!) It's a peaceful, lovely, light-filled space but with adventure and fun on the doorstep. I don't run any other holiday lets. This is my loved and cared for place and I want you to have a brilliant time and hope that you adore it as much as I do.
