The home is in a very quiet neighborhood. A quick 3-5 minute walk and you are on a trail or a brand new playground for the little ones. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms: * master with a queen memory foam (Casper) mattress w/ attached bathroom and walk-in closet * guest room with queen memory foam (NovaForm) mattress * guest room with a twin memory foam (NovaForm) mattress and a workspace with desk & chair We have a few things to make your travel with children easier, including: Graco pack'n'play, high chair, step stool, a detachable shower in guest bathroom, baby tear free shampoo, toddler cups/plates/utensils, some toys and children's books. Some conveniences include: * Kitchen with all the appliances you may need * Cleaning supplies * Coffee maker & pods * Wireless phone chargers in bedrooms * First aid kit (in the hallway closet There is space for two cars in the driveway and an attached two car garage which you are welcome to use. Unlike many Airbnb hosts lately, we don't make our guests do our chores upon check out! All we ask is that you take the trash bins to the curb if you stay during trash pickup day (Friday).
