Downtown Home with Local Charm

Perfect for attending graduation ceremonies at UVA, our house is centrally located between the University and the Downtown Mall and within walking distance to both, as well as restaurants and shops on West Main St. The space The house is a late 19th century victorian with three large bedrooms that we recently renovated ourselves from top to bottom. It has a large kitchen and open space, ideal for small family gatherings. I installed custom cabinetry in the kitchen, bathrooms, office, and mud room. The master bedroom has its own bath, and the 2 other bedrooms share a hall bath. One bedroom is our 12 year old with twin bunk beds, but will have a futon mattress for 2. There is also offstreet parking. The Kitchen/Dining open space is great for hosting guests and please help yourself to patio and grill. Guest access We recently built a 2 story structure at the very rear of the lot. It's a lower floor studio/gym not yet ready renter's use. The second floor is an apartment with its own separate access from the back and no shared yard use with ours.
