Welcome to our beautiful detached home in Bromsgrove - a traditional market town on the outskirts of Birmingham, surrounded by the rolling countryside of Worcestershire. Our home is located in a very safe & quite neighbourhood and is a 23 minute train ride into Birmingham City Centre. The space A spacious and cozy private room located on the second floor of our beautiful home. The room is furnished to a very high standard with a double bed, dresser, wardrobe, mirror, and chest of drawers. Your own private modern shower room is located just outside the bedroom with all essential toiletries, washbasin & toilet. Please note: EV charger available - payable @ 35p per kWh. The bathroom entrance cannot be accessed from inside the bedroom. It is located just outside the bedroom door and is NOT shared by anyone else. There is No TV in the room. Guests do not have access to other common areas of the house. No access to Kitchen. There is No breakfast facility. Pets and Outsiders Not allowed. The bed has a footboard, bed length is 190 cms, so guests over 6 ft might find it difficult to stretch. Guest access Guests will have access to the private bedroom and private bathroom both located on the second floor. No access to other areas of the house. No access to Kitchen. Pets and Outsiders Not allowed. Other things to note Our house is walking distance to superstores and train station. There are frequent direct trains to Birmingham City Centre which takes between 23 to 30 mins. Bromsgrove Train Station 0.2 miles/ 5 min walk. Please note: if arriving by train please look out for a door within the train station fence (located behind the train station as you come out). This is a shortcut and takes 5 mins to our home.
