Located in Horta-Guinardó, a district in the northeast of Barcelona nestled between Gràcia and Nou Barris, the area is surrounded by hills and mountains. The apartment accommodates up to 5 guests. It features two bedrooms: one with a double bed, and a triple room with three single beds. The bathroom, fully renovated in October 2023, is modern, well-equipped, and finished to a high standard. Complimentary toiletries are provided, so you can feel like you’re in a luxury hotel while relaxing in the shower after a long day exploring the city. The living room is a bright and cozy space – perfect for unwinding, watching the 55’’ Smart TV, or connecting to the high-speed Wi-Fi. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you need to prepare your favorite meals during your stay. Kitchen utensils and crockery are also provided, so you won’t have to worry about a thing. One of the things we love most about this apartment is its peaceful atmosphere, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The neighborhood has preserved its village-like charm, offering a chance to experience authentic Barcelona life. It’s a safe and family-friendly area, well connected by public transport, with easy access to any part of the city by bus or metro. In just 18 minutes by public transport, you can reach the iconic Passeig de Gràcia. Within walking distance, you’ll find restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries, hair salons, and other local shops. There is no reception, so it is essential that you call your check-in agent at least 30 minutes before your arrival to schedule the appointment. The apartment will be available from 3:30 PM. Check-in between 8:00 PM and 1:30 AM incurs a €40 surcharge. Check-in is not possible after 1:30 AM. All apartments are provided with bed linen and towels for your stay.
