Cottage in Chapel Hill

This 3 bedroom house provides beauty and privacy in a great country setting and is just a short drive to all of the fun activities in Chapel Hill and Carrboro. House is nicely furnished with all the amenities to make for a comfy stay. Nice outsides areas too! The space The main area includes a spacious living room/ kitchen combo. There is comfortable seating in the living area and an expandable table with chairs to accommodate 6. All the necessary cooking tools and dishes needed are available for meal preparation. The master bedrooms has a queen bed, large walk-in closet and separate entry to bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds, closet and dresser. The third bedroom has a queen size bed and a nice big desk. The house has comfortable beds for 6. It has 1 large bathroom with a shower & tub. There is a pack and play available for the baby. Linens and towels are provided and beds are made up. All necessary cleaning materials, toiletries and laundry detergent to last for several days are provided for convenience sake. If you are particular about any of these items, then please feel free to bring whatever meets your individual standards and preferences. There is wifi, a Smart TV with streaming capabilities, an antennae to access local stations, and reading material available. All the guest need to bring is food and beverages. There is a coffee maker and Keurig available. There is a small back porch and front deck with a peaceful view of surrounding woods and front pasture. There is a grill on deck and a table with an umbrella. This is a dog friendly property but a $50 dollar pet fee for each animal will be requested prior to your stay. Guest access You will be able to pull right up to the house and have the entire space to yourself.. There is a pretty pasture at the front of the property, and a long drive leading to the house. Further down the drive are the owner's offices and 2 other private residences. There is a keyless entry. We send the code close to your arrival. When you leave the house, the door is locked by pushing the button on the keyless entry pad just above the numbers and turning the knob to the right. You may need to pull the door toward you as you do this. Other things to note We would like to assure guests that we will be following the following Covid 19 cleaning protocols. We will be using recommended disinfectants to sanitize the space with attention to the following items- Doorknobs Surfaces Light switches Remote controls Tables Fan and lamp chains Thermostats Keys Hairdryers Ironing boards and irons Garbage and recycling bins Kitchen: Sinks Cabinet handles and pulls Appliances: oven, toaster, coffee maker, etc. Condiments: oil, salt and pepper shakers, commonly used spices and containers, etc. Bathroom: Sinks Toilets Faucet handles Showers and tubs Shower curtains and doors Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and soap dispensers Bedrooms Dresser Nightstands Bookshelves Cleaning appliances: Dishwashers Vacuum cleaners Washer/dryer units Kids’ items: Portable crib Sheets and towels will be washed at high temperatures and bleached when possible.
