Nestled between the mountains and the sea, close to stunning beaches and the historic town of Tilba, sits our three-bedroom farmhouse on our beautiful 320 acre Tilba Farm. Sleeping up to six people, our farmhouse is a getaway location for family and friends to totally chill, embrace the best of nature, pristine beaches, country farm life, adventure sports, charming Australian towns and people, gourmet food and relaxed coastal living. Pets on application due to our livestock. The space Our Tilba Farmhouse is spacious, airy and light, with French doors in the living room and two queen-size bedrooms, with each room opening to a wide verandah. With contemporary furnishings, the open-plan living area features a full-sized, fully equipped kitchen, a lounge room with TV, a dining table for six, and a fire place with seats and coffee table. There's three bedrooms in total, two with queen size beds and one with 2 x king single beds. The mattresses are super comfortable and top quality, and the linen is Sheridan's best cotton. The bathroom is large with a large bath, large shower, toilet and vanity, while the laundry is fully-equipped with a washing machine and dryer. The wide verandah has a bbq and dining area and leads onto a fenced garden with plenty of space to relax. Parking is on flat ground only a few steps from the front door. We have a Nespresso machine for your coffee, but please bring your favourite capsules. We are a working farm and love our animals (cows, our bull Rocky, and our sheep) and our dog, Como. We welcome well behaved, vaccinated small to medium dogs, but please write to us first for approval, as we have to consider our livestock. Guest access Our guests will enjoy the entire three-bedroom farmhouse and can also access our farm on foot. Make sure you bring your gum boots for walking through the paddocks and saying hi to a happy cow! Always close the gates behind you to keep our livestock in their paddocks. We run about 130 Angus Beef and 60 Dorper Sheep. Little Dromedary (Nanjanuga) is at the back of our property and you can see it from our farm, and you also have views to Mt Dromedary (Gulaga). You can walk to the stunning Tilba Beach (but we don't suggest you swim there as it is quite wide and open). You can drive five minutes to M ystery Bay for a great swim and beach day, 1080 and Camel Rock are close, as are Bermagui and Narooma. Central Tilba and Tilba Tilba are ten minutes on foot, or you can drive there easily. Other things to note We will consider a small well-behaved dog, but we need you to ask our approval. Tilba Farm is a working farm with livestock (cows and sheep) and we need to take this into consideration. We supply a kennel on the verandah for your dog (please bring their sleeping mattress). We discourage animals from coming into the house, and please make sure they do not jump on the flyscreens. Please make sure they are fully vaccinated, wormed and have had tick medication.
