Welcome to our charming apartment with stunning views of Lake Geneva and the Swiss Riviera, you will feel at home. There are several ski resorts around the accommodation. - Thollon-les-Mémises 20 km from the accommodation, about 25/30 min - Bernex, 22 km from the accommodation, about 30 min - the Portes du Soleil area is 50 km away, about 50 min/1 h - the Villars-Gryon-Les Diablerets area is 45 km away, about 50 min/1 h The space The 45m² apartment includes: - a veranda - an equipped kitchen (Senséo coffee maker, shortages are provided) - a living room - 1 bedroom with a queen size bed (160 x 200) - bathroom with large shower, toilet and double sink One of the most outstanding features of our apartment is the spectacular panoramic view. The 50m² terrace offers breathtaking views of Lake Geneva and the Swiss Riviera (as well as the vineyards on the Lavaux terrace classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site) . Enjoy your morning coffee while contemplating the landscape or relax in the evening while admiring the sparkling lights of Switzerland. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, open to living room, which allows you to prepare your meals while enjoying the view. The living room has a sofa bed, a connected TV (but not the classic channels) and a pellet stove The bedroom and living room have direct access to the terrace. /!\ This home doesn't have air conditioning Guest access Full access to the whole property and private terrace. Located in a small mountain village, we strongly recommend that our guests come by car as the nearest village is 3 km away. Other things to note Check-ins are autonomous, instructions are sent the day before your stay. Checkouts are before 10 a.m., there is nothing special to do. Regarding cleaning, we just ask guests to be respectful to the cleaning team when they check out...
