Fully stocked kitchen with coffee maker and Nespresso machine & crunchy ice maker, electric stove top, rice cooker, microwave, toaster over and regular oven. SORRY ABSOLUTELY NO PETS, I AM ALLERGIC! Cozy patio with comfortable seating and rocking chairs, perfect for morning coffee or unwinding at night. Guest access Each guest has access to a private bedroom with its own bathroom. A cozy patio, living room & dining room. Only shared with myself, but I am a business traveler, so I am frequently away. Will have a keyless entry code, Key for the gym and pool. Will need to have me call ahead to check in with the front Gate prior to arrival. During your stay 24/7 Will be accessible via text or phone if I am away on business. Also, have a neighbor if it is an emergency. Other things to note Has a new washer and dryer which I can provide instruction on. There is also special cleaning (under the kitchen sink)for the glass stove top to prevent scratches (in case it’s needed)
