Open Plan Studio, Close to the Coast

This open plan studio space sits quietly in the village of Hook, Haverfordwest. We are 9.7 miles from the beautiful Broadhaven Beach and 9.5 miles from Newgale which is one of the most popular surf beaches in Pembrokeshire. You will have use of our large garden that has views of the Preseli Mountains, on the decking we have a fire pit and BBQ. The studio offers a shower room, wifi connection & self catering cooking facilities. There is a double and single bed in the large studio space. The space This is an open plan studio space set within our garden. We are still developing areas of our garden so there may sometimes be some building materials stored (my partner is a builder so it’s part of our ongoing life story) but these will never be in view of the studio space or decking area that we share with our guests. The studio has a small shower room, double and single bed and newly added cooking facilities. A microwave and electric hob offers convenience for self catering breaks. Across the garden is our decking space where guests may access a BBQ and fire pit on request. This space has amazing views of the Cleddeau river and Preseli Mountains. We do have two small children, so again their toys and play spaces will be in view, the garden is a wild space of this busy family. So we can’t promise perfectly preened but we can promise you the forest that lines it, birdsong and the enjoyment of resting under the sky. We can add a football table on request for families to enjoy on rainy days in. We are close Broadhaven and Newgale beach. Our village shop is a 2 minute drive away. They offer hot breakfast rolls, coffee and pastries. We do provide towels but all bedding is provided. Guest access Guests are welcome to make use of our garden, bbq and for pit area, however this is our family home and we have two young children so we ask that noise be kept to a minimum and that the ‘curfew’ for the garden space be 9:30pm through summer months. Other things to note The entrance/exit of our garden is still under development- this will only be seen on your way into and out of the property- not in view from the studio. We do not foresee this affecting the safety or comfort of guests.
