Great Timber Frame Condo -On Mountain- at Sugarloaf! Our views are to die for. We're walking distance to lifts, base area, fitness center, day care center etc. The 3 Bedrooms have nice privacy from the Living and Dining areas. The space Sugarloaf on Mountain Big & Cozy! Our amazing ski condo is available by the Season, partial season, or weekly rental. It is in the Birchwoods, close to the base area, to ski lifts, to the Sports and Fitness Center and to the Sugarloaf Inn. It is a great split level 3 BR. Cathedral ceiling over the LR, DR, kitchen. Woodstove - It's just a great cozy ski place. Prices vary (a lot) depending on Length of Stay - and time of year. - Send an inquiry! We are pushing for a 5 (some cases 4) night minimum for most of the Winter Season. We're reluctant to 'give up' a ski weekend for ourselves for only a short rental. That said, some weekends we may be planning on being away - so feel free to inquire regarding anytime! Note: In accordance with Condo Association rules, the woodstove has been removed. It is still seen in the pictures of the listing. Guest access Guest has complete and sole access to the entire 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath Split Level Condo. As well as the common stairwell shared by neighbor units. (6 Total) Other things to note Ski Locker Short Walk to Lift and Trail And/or Mountain Shuttle stops out front. Fitness Center and Pool is within easy walking distance. The Village Base area is within walking distance.
