The site is situated on the outskirts of Hulland Ward village. It has a private entrance and the tents sit looking out onto stunning Derbyshire views and over the meadow after which the site is named. The village is a short walk and offers a farm shop, garage, local store, and pub. A stay here can meet everyone's wishes, including walks to suit all abilities, cycle routes, watersports, historic buildings, tourist attractions, theme parks and famous Derbyshire villages and market towns. The space The two tents are set adjacent to each other with their shared bathroom and dining area, BBQ and firepit within a private pitch area. There is a large play area behind the tents where children can play undisturbed. The site only has one other type of accommodation, a yurt with a private bathroom on its own large pitch. This makes the site quiet and relaxing and lets you and your family enjoy the space. There is a wildlife pond to one side of the meadow and animals in the adjacent fields. making it a lovely countryside experience for all. Guest access The tents sit on their own large pitch. the meadow in front of the tents and the field behind can be accessed freely, although we ask guests to be respectful of the pitch around the other accommodation on site and the land beyond the pond and parking area which is private the hosts. an adjacent field are a small number of rare breed sheep, goats, llama, Emus and Rias grazing. Guests are welcome to watch them, but please be respectful of their space as well. All the animals are pets and are safe to be around.
