The kitchen must be cleaned and the dishes washed and stored after your departure, otherwise you will accept that a supplement of 30€ is levied on your deposit. Please take your trash before your permanent departure from the property. The accommodation is NON-SMOKING, any violation of this rule will be charged €100 to cover the cleaning and deodorization costs. A kit of sheets and towels will be provided for your arrival on the basis of one kit per bed and per stay. If you would like an extra kit or renewal, please notify us 24 hours before, the extra kit will be charged from €25. We'll provide you with welcome products for your arrival (soaps, toilet paper, garbage bags). The products at your disposal are welcome products, they are there to allow you to arrive in complete tranquility. We cannot guarantee that they will be sufficient for your entire stay. It will depend on your personal consumption. Only one set of keys will be provided. The cleaning fee corresponds to the clean discount of the accommodation after your departure at the end of your stay, if you want extra cleaning please contact us in advance, we will charge this cleaning extra. The use of the apartment IS STRICTLY reserved for the people mentioned on the booking, any foreign presence will result in the IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION of the booking WITHOUT REFUND or the additional charge of the guests at the rate of €99 per additional guest.
