The space The flat: The 61 m² spacious, 2 bedroom 1 bathroom flat on the 6th floor offers you the possibility to experience your winter or summer stay in a comfortable way. It offers everything needed for a self-catering stay. The lounge area is ideal for evenings relaxing after a day outdoors with a smart HD TV. Kitchen: There is a fully equipped kitchen with everything a chef's heart could desire, including an oven and dishwasher. A washing machine is also located in the kitchen. Sleeping: The master bedroom is bright and spacious with a queen size bed and it has a built-in wardrobe. The second bedroom is equipped with a double bed, office desk & chair and 2x mirrored cabinets to hang your clothes in. Additionally the pull out couch in the living room caters for additional two persons to sleep on. Balcony: The balcony is accessible from the 2nd bedroom in addition to the living room. It offers a wonderful view of the mountains and over the Schattenburg. Bathroom: The bathroom is equipped with a shower bath as well as a free-standing washbasin and a toilet. The building: it is a 10 story high building which has been recently renovated from the outside. There is a lift in the building. There is a döner kebab shop in the ground floor. The train and bus stations are next door. Guest access You have the entire accommodation to yourself. The key is kept in a key safe with a numerical code that is changed after each use. Other things to note In case you are a group of more than 4 people please note that guest 5&6 will sleep on the expandable couch in the living room. Bedsheets are certainly provided.
