Located in the friendly Cleveland Heights neighborhood, this beautiful studio cottage is a short walk to Lake Merritt, great restaurants, shops and easy transportation to San Francisco. There's a full kitchen, luxury mattress, and plenty of space for your belongings. You will feel right at home to rest, recharge, and reconnect! Please note: Washer and dryer are available for guests staying more than 30 days. The space Our cottage sits in a private green oasis, surrounded by fruit trees and a beautifully landscaped lawn. You will feel at home with a plush queen mattress, fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel pots and pans, large closet, and relaxing clean bathroom with a spacious shower. Our dining table is great for eating or working on your laptop, and the living room area has a fold-down futon couch. We offer high-speed wifi and Fire TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc. (with your login). Overall, the space is light and airy, offering both heat and air conditioning. We utilize enhanced cleaning measures, leaving 24 hours between guests. Please note: Guests staying for over 30 days will need to sign a lease. There is a 10% discount for stays longer than one month. There is a $500 security hold that will be requested after completing your reservation. Guest access Guests will have access to the cottage and the adjacent yard, which is shared with other tenants in the main house. Other things to note Our neighborhood is cute and quiet, yet close to all that Oakland and the Bay Area has to offer. Take a walk, bike, scooter, bus, BART, or ride share to great restaurants and shops, or up the hill to Redwood Regional Park for hiking and biking. Ride into the City for sightseeing, then come back to your relaxing, clean and private getaway.
