Gorgeous 3 Bed Cottage, Peaceful Village & Parking

This 3 Bed Traditional Country Cottage is located in the lovely quiet village of Leek Wootton, just a 10 minute drive from Historic Warwick & Leamington Spa. The property is well equipped with all you need for a home away from home experience. Stratford-upon-Avon & Kenilworth are also just a short distance away. The property also benefits from having two designated parking spaces directly outside though please be respectful of the neighbours and avoid parking large vans or blocking access. The space There is a King sized bed, along with a Standard Double and a Single bed. The property sleeps 5 people in total with a shared bathroom. There is a lovely lounge downstairs and a well equipped kitchen along with plenty of seating making it a perfect entertaining space. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the whole house during their stay. Keys are accessed via a secure Lock Box, details of which are provided 24 hrs in advance of your stay. Other things to note Please note that Bin collection day is MONDAY, please ensure the bins are placed outside ready for collection on SUNDAY EVENING There is a lovely pub directly over the road that does good food.
