The space My dear travelers, Welcome to our traditional Andalusian white village house, at the foot of the castle of La Guardia de Jaén. Although the entrance is discreet, it houses 180 m2 spread over 3 floors. Zumbajarros Rural House had been the house of my maternal great-great-grandparents. My grandfather and my mother were born there. All the inhabitants of the town keep a precious memory of my family. The house has been uninhabited for more than 20 years and in July 2021 we decided to bring it back to life, updating the facilities, reinforcing structures, rehabilitating rooms and modernizing with all the comforts we are used to and that allow travelers to feel at home. , so much so that you do not want to leave the room. In addition to modernizing and making all the rooms comfortable, we became energetically responsible, installing photovoltaic panels on the traditional tile roof and a biomass boiler with a converter that allows renewable energy to be used throughout the room. The house has beautiful views from both sides of the house, being in the highest area of the town, where the view is not limited by nearby buildings. It has 3 double bedrooms, all with their private full bathroom in the room itself. And it has a suite room, also double that can become quadruple if desired. The latter has a terrace that overlooks Zumbajarros street and from which you can see the town. The access floor is a floor with 4 common rooms, where you can watch TV, enjoy evenings by the fire, a beautiful spacious kitchen and open dining room. Also, in the lobby, next to the courtesy toilet, there is a parking lot for bikes (even with electrical outlets), a common sporting activity in the area. In the patio it offers a beautiful pool where you can enjoy the views of the meadow covered with olive trees. It also has a barbecue and another chill out area. While in summer we can enjoy the pool, in winter the kitchen has a biomass boiler, where the flame hypnotizes you and distributes heat to all rooms in the house. And we also have the fireplace in what had been the living room in the house. We have decorated so that you can have unforgettable days in what will be your home for the days that you decide. A large kitchen that has an open dining area and an attached dining room and a room with sofas where you can share games and conversations. If you are a cyclist, in any of its modalities, you can store your bikes in the lobby, where you will find space for 4 bikes, but if you bring more, you can leave them in the same room.
