Modern Mallorcan-style vacation home with private pool in Cala Llombards The space Welcome to our renovated house (2022), which was designed in the charming Mallorcan style. The property can accommodate a maximum of 6 people (incl. children), has a spacious private 8x4 meter pool, as well as an outdoor hot water shower and is located in a quiet side street. The fantastic beach bay of Cala Llombards is only 7 to 10 minutes walking distance. The house has a living area of 150 square meters and is newly furnished to guarantee you a comfortable stay. It offers three bedrooms, each equipped with 180 cm double beds and fitted wardrobes. Two of the bedrooms are identical and measure 19 square meters, the third bedroom is slightly smaller with 14 square meters. Two modern bathrooms, including an en suite, provide extra comfort. The open plan living and dining area with integrated kitchen invites you to linger. Each room is equipped with mosquito nets, air conditioning and (oil)heating to ensure a pleasant indoor climate even on cooler days. The outdoor area includes three terraces that invite you to relax. The breakfast terrace in front of the house is perfect to start the day with a fresh coffee and morning sun. Behind the house you can prepare delicious meat, fish or sausage dishes in the evening on the high-quality Weber gas grill. The sun roof terrace with cozy lounge furniture and sea views offers the ideal place to enjoy the sunset over cool drinks. The house is suitable for both families and couples (minimum age 30). For your stay, we recommend renting a rental car to explore the surrounding area comfortably. Please note: The outdoor area including terrace and pool will be extensively modernized and redesigned in winter 2025/2026. The entire area will be newly tiled and rebuilt to a high standard, so you can look forward to an even more stylish and comfortable outdoor area including a pool. Costs not included in the rent: The air conditioners are billed via a separate electricity meter according to consumption. The price is 0.50 euros per KW/h. After the stay, the accommodation must generally be left "swept clean". For final cleaning including linen packages consisting of bed linen, shower towel, hand towel and pool towel, in addition to the rental price, there are a lump sum of 190.00 euros in cash on site. (for bookings until May 2025). From June 2025, the final cleaning including laundry packages of 200.00 euros will be handled through AIRBNB. In addition, the tourist tax "ECOTASA" is to be paid in cash on site. Other things to note Our vacation home is located in one of the most beautiful and quietest areas of Mallorca, in Cala Llombards, a charming coastal village in the southeast of the island. The location is ideal for anyone who wants to enjoy the authentic Mallorcan atmosphere without sacrificing comfort and convenience. The house is situated in a quiet side street, away from the hustle and bustle, yet only a few minutes' walk from the picturesque beach bay of Cala Llombards. This small, idyllic bay is known for its crystal clear water, fine sandy beach and the impressive cliffs that characterize the panorama. Here you can spend relaxing days by the sea, swim, snorkel or simply enjoy the sun. In the surrounding area you will find a selection of cozy restaurants, cafes and small shops offering local specialties and fresh seafood. For larger purchases and other amenities, the nearby village of Santanyí is only about 5 minutes away by car. Santanyí is famous for its charming marketplace, historic buildings and vibrant atmosphere. The location also offers an excellent base for exploring the diverse nature and the most beautiful beaches in the southeast of Mallorca. Whether you want to go hiking along the coast, discover hidden coves or visit the cultural highlights of the island – everything is easily accessible.
