High-quality laminate flooring throughout the all house. All the mattresses are pillow-top queenside to have great quality sleep. Spacious kitchen fully stocked and set up with high-end stainless-steel appliances, a small dining table for a quick breakfast or lunch, and a big dining table is set in the open living/dining area to enjoy meals with your family, facing the pool. NOTE: Pool lights is currently not available to use. Open floor plan living area with one comfortable queen-size sofa bed and a love seat coach: 65" UHD SMART 4K TV with Netflix and other free apps to enjoy quality time with your family or friends. High-tech heat/AC vents, Nest controller, high-tech smoke and carbon monoxide detectors installed. Guest access A guest has access to the whole house, minus the garage. Features: - Keyless entry with door code upon arrival. - Free Internet Wi-Fi. - Family Room: Netflix, ethernet cables. - Kitchen: Coffee maker, K-cup coffee machine, toaster, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, cookware, dishes, glassware, utensils, oil, salts, and peppers. - Bathroom: Bathtub and stand-in shower, hair dryer, shampoo/conditioner, soap. - Laundry room: washer, dryer, iron, iron board, laundry detergent, and softener. - Two parking spaces on the driveway and ample free street parking Check-in: 5 pm. Check-out: 11 am. Other things to note - Please use the dining room for eating; abstain from eating and drinking in bed. - Please take care of the house and treat the furniture and amenities with respect. - Please try to utilize the parking spaces in front of my house. - No parties allowed. - We don't allow visitors from our guests for our security. - No pets. - No smoking inside of the property (if guests smoke inside, we will charge a fee). - No drugs inside the property (medical cannabis either). - We have a Ring doorbell at the front door for security reasons. - Locals must contact us before booking. - The pool is not available during winter, and it's only available during the summer season. (Pool is not heated) -You can use and swim at the pool at your own risk. We will not be held responsible for any incident that may occur. -Noise-aware working 24/7 To ensure the pool is clean and properly treated, we perform maintenance before each check-in. However, as the property is surrounded by trees, some leaves may fall into the pool despite our efforts. This is a natural occurrence beyond our control, and we kindly ask for your understanding. Please note that complaints regarding this issue will not be accepted. *Our pool floor is stained due to the chemicals used for maintenance. * **Pool lights is currently not available** *For long-term stays, we sign an extra agreement outside the platform* Please note that we respond to all inquiries between 8 AM to 10 PM (PST); messages after will be attended the next day. Our home is rural and surrounded by beautiful natural trees so on occasion, and despite our best efforts, a stray bug, roach, spider, or other nature-loving creature may wander inside. This also happens during summer due to extremely hot and dry weather. Upon booking, guests accept this possibility and uncontrollable situation.
