3 BR Near Cruise Port, Ocean, NASA, and Disney

Space interns, relocating families, and contractors looking for temp. housing love our condo, (ask re: stays less than 90 days). Gated, furnished, shared hot tub and pool. Screened patio overlooks the pond. High ceilings with fans and TV's in every room. Master bath has double sinks, a garden tub, & new walk- in shower. 2nd bath has tub/shower. Quiet 2nd floor end unit in a 2-story building (no elev.) Unit has fully equip kitchen, pantry, and a full sz W/D. Plenty of non-assigned parking spots. The space Community heated pool and hot tub. Free cable and wi-fi. A 65" cable/Roku TV in LR. The 55" cable/Roku TV in MBR, and 40" Roku only TV in BR 2 & a 32" Roku only in BR 3 are wall mounted. The slider to the screened patio opens up to 8 ft. providing huge living space. Spacious closets in all 3 BR-s. Full kitchen with pantry. In unit full sized W/D. We love walking or biking to the port to watch the cruise ships depart and to the beach for fishing and people watching. The Orlando airport and Disney are less than an hour away and 4 lane roads and causeways in Cape Canaveral/Cocoa Beach make commuting fast and easy. Only 20 minute drive to Kennedy Space Center. You will love the numerous and affordable restaurants and shopping. Guest access The tool shed off the patio will remain locked. The master BR left closet is strictly for owner's personal possessions and clothing and is not for tenant's use. Other things to note Using the vacuum will raise the fibers on the carpets and temporarily hide the stains. We have worked hard to remove what look to be coffee stains but a few do remain. We try to make improvements each winter during our stay, and 2025 saw 10 inches of insulation added to the attic, a 40 inch Samsung TV to the queen BR, an electric keypad deadbolt lock to the front door, and a key hanger to the front hallway.
