This accommodation, located in a green setting, offers a relaxing stay for the whole family, a stone's throw from Avignon and Nîmes. Very atypical house in the heart of the historic village, full of charm, in the rock. So you're cool during the summer. Access to all amenities within a few minutes' walk. Sunday morning market. Please note, this is not a hotel, it is the house in which I live with my children and it is an old house, so I ask for your understanding. The space House on 3 levels. First, kitchen dining room with a back kitchen. 2 bedrooms (one of which is an office). On the 2nd floor, a TV area and 2 bedrooms. Bathroom on levels 1 and 2 and toilets on all 3 levels. An inner courtyard with garden furniture that overlooks a sheepfold to be cool. A terrace on the first floor facing south, not overlooked. Please note, this is the house I live in with my children and it's an old house, so I ask for your understanding. Guest access Access to kitchen, second floor and outdoors Other things to note This house is my primary home. It is a large house of 110 m2 on 3 and a half floors. This is an old house and one of my showers is very old so you will find some mold marks (behind transparent joints) that I can't get rid of since buying the house. I would be grateful if you could feed our cat "Tylia" (she is very independent and can go out and in as she wants) and I would ask you to water the plants. I sincerely appreciate your understanding.
